SYSTRON PRODUCT RANGE
Systron ProHD
Systron’s all-in-one processing centre with integrated waterjet handles seaming, milling, grinding, polishing, drilled holes and cut-outs in one clamping. Minimal machining tolerances of max. ±0.2 mm and no set-up time between glass thicknesses or types keep complex shapes accurate. It’s the most flexible all-in-one solution with the smallest footprint on the market.
Systron ProMD
The ProMD completes edging, milling, drilling and countersinking in a single machine, with one-time clamping for the highest dimensional accuracy. Double-sided drilling, milling of cut-outs and optional waterjet cover special shapes with ultra-short cycle times. A patented water cushion keeps processing stable, even on demanding low-E glass, for series production and one-offs.
Systron Pro
The Pro vertical CNC edge processing centre seams, grinds and polishes outer contours with tolerances of max. ±0.2 mm across the entire product. Its rigid, vibration-free construction delivers high quality on oblique edges and radii, with no set-up time between glass types. No mechanical contact on coated glass makes it ideal for low-E.
Systron esX
The esX seaming and grinding machine follows the glass edge with a soft-touch guidance system, even on uneven breakage. Seaming and grinding run without tool exchange across 4–19 mm glass, with corner dubbing at full speed. Grinding speeds up to 30 m/min and patented systems deliver top edge quality with short cycle times.
Systron LOOP
The LOOP vertical edging system grinds and polishes with 11 cup-wheel spindles, rotating the glass 90° automatically on each pass. Servo-controlled spindle feed and polishing pressure keep edges consistent, with corner dubbing and integrated bottom-edge washing. Large, heavy special shapes are processed efficiently using very little floor space, alone or paired with a ProHD.
Systron WM
The WM vertical washing and drying station is built for flat glass processors with the highest demands, and is designed especially for low-E glass. Pre-wash and main wash zones adjust automatically to glass thickness without losing cycle time, at speeds up to 10 m/min. A high-performance blower delivers a dry, crystal-clear finish.
